Gia Foster

Associate

Gia Foster graduated magna cum laude from Marist College in 2018 and earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in June 2021. While in law school, Mrs. Foster served as Editor-in-Chief of the New York International Law Review, a publication of the New York State Bar Association’s International Section. She also worked as a teaching assistant for Trusts and Estates.

Her scholarship includes the article, Once Upon a Time in Cyberspace: A Grim Reality About the Dangers of Cyberwarfare, which was published in the International and Comparative Law Review. Mrs. Foster was the recipient of several academic honors, including the St. John’s University School of Law Alumni Scholarship, the Families of Freedom Scholarship—established to support the families of 9/11 first responders—and the American Immobiliare Scholarship, which supports and mentors future Italian-American leaders in the real estate industry.

Before joining LambZankel, LLP, Mrs. Foster gained experience at law firms in New York City, Melville and Garden City, where her practice focused on trusts and estates, corporate and real estate law.
