Gia Foster graduated magna cum laude from Marist College in 2018. Ms. Foster received her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in June of 2021. While in law school, Ms. Foster was the editor-in-chief of the New York International Law Review, which is published in the New York State Bar Association’s international section. Ms. Foster was also a teaching assistant for trusts and estates. Her article titled, Once Upon a Time in Cyberspace: A Grim Reality About the Dangers of Cyberwarfare, is published in the International and Comparative Law Review. Ms. Foster is a recipient of the St. John’s University School of Law Alumni, Families of Freedom, and American Immobiliare Scholarships. The Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund was created to aid the families of 9/11 first responders. The American Immobiliare’s mission is to support and mentor the next generation of Italian-Americans to shape the future of the real estate industry.
Prior to joining LambZankel, LLP, Ms. Foster worked for law firms in New York City, Melville, and Garden City. Her areas of concentration were in trusts and estates, corporate, and real estate law. Ms. Foster assisted with estate planning and administration, residential real estate transactions, and drafting shareholder and partnership agreements.
