Thomas A. O’Rourke is a graduate of Fordham University and the St. John’s University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. He is admitted to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and is a member of the Intellectual Property Section of the New York State and American Bar Associations, as well as the New York Intellectual Property Law Association. Mr. O’Rourke concentrates his practice on intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and licensing and related litigation.
